Shipping Policy
At Cause Stand ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to delivering your order efficiently and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment and delivery of products purchased through our Website (https://www.causestand.site).
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international locations outside of these regions.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays.
Shipping Methods and Times
We use Printful, a third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment service, to produce and ship all products. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 3-8 business days after processing.
- Canada: 5-12 business days after processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order. Applicable taxes and fees are also displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Risk of Loss
All products are shipped FOB (Free on Board) from Printful’s facilities. This means that the risk of loss and title for your order pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Cause Stand is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they are in transit.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped to Canada, you are responsible for any customs and import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local government. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to pick up the package from a carrier location, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship the package.
Returns and Exchanges
Please refer to our Return Policy for information regarding returns and exchanges. We do not provide refunds for shipping costs under any circumstances.
