Return & Refund Policy

At Cause Stand, customer satisfaction is a priority. If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving the product. Please contact us at info@causestand.com with:

  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Photographic proof of the damage or defect.

Once approved, a replacement will be sent, or a refund will be issued as per your preference.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost during transit, a claim must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue and ensure the delivery of your order or provide a suitable alternative.

Carrier Errors or Invalid Address

If an order is undeliverable due to carrier error or an invalid address, we will reship the package after verifying the correct address.

Exchanges and Size/Color Adjustments

Cause Stand products are made-to-order, and exchanges or returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or color are not accepted. Customers are encouraged to carefully review the sizing and color charts provided on our website before completing their purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled under the following conditions:

  • A written cancellation request must be sent to info@causestand.com before production begins.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Unclaimed Returns

If a package is returned as unclaimed, it will be donated to charity after 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon.

Important Notes

  • Made-to-Order Policy: Cause Stand products are created on-demand. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
  • Return Address: Returns should be sent to the default Printful facility. Specific return addresses vary based on location and will be provided upon request.
  • No Warehousing: Cause Stand does not store returned items for resale.
